Mulhollow's (Mahalo) n. Words of gratitude in the Hawaiian Language -- Derived from Mullaney-Penhollow
A love for European Bistros began on the sidewalks of Gaeta, Italy. Chef and Owner Matthew H. Penhollow broadened his love by studying classical French cooking methods at La Maison Meridien under Chef Joseph Carey. The Thai influences were brought to the tables by his wife Susan Mullaney-Penhollow. A culmination of classic European bistro, coastal cuisine from around the globe, and regional influences have come together to create a unique culinary experience we call "Fusion Cuisine."
