The Fort Walton Beach Public Library invites the public to “Wellness Wednesday-Lunch and Learn” on March 30 at noon. The program, “What is Qigong and Tai Chi” will be hosted by a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator, Jude Forsyth. Ms. Forsyth is an Exercise Physiologist, Wellness Facilitator, and the owner of Blue Willow Wellness. She is also an instructor for the Center for Lifelong Learning at NWSC, a certified Tai Chi instructor, and the facilitator of a free local exercise club. The program will be open to anyone without cost and participants are encouraged to bring their lunch to the library.
